Your Role (Should You Choose to Accept It):
We’re looking for a skilled Copywriter who combines creative flair with strategic thinking and has experience (or interest) in crafting compelling narratives across various platforms. This role involves more than just writing — it’s about building meaningful stories and messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
You’ll work on producing high-impact marketing copy, engaging social media content, and persuasive brand narratives while collaborating with design and product teams when necessary. Additionally, you’ll help refine our brand voice, develop consistent messaging frameworks, and ensure our communications are both cohesive and effective.
You’ll be responsible for (Day-Day):
Brand Voice & Messaging: Develop, refine, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms, ensuring our messaging stands out in a crowded market.
Creative Content Creation: Write compelling copy for web pages, social media, blogs, and email campaigns, transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging vivid narratives.
Storytelling & Concepting: Brainstorm and produce overarching brand stories, product launches, and campaign concepts that captivate target audiences.
SEO & Keyword Integration: Optimise copy for search engines without sacrificing creativity, incorporating strategic keywords that drive organic traffic and engagement.
Cross-Channel Consistency: Adapt and tailor messaging for various platforms (e.g., website, social media, newsletters), preserving a unified brand experience.
Editing & Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment by reviewing and refining content before publication.
Collaboration: Partner with designers, marketers, and product teams to translate ideas into cohesive campaigns, making sure every piece of content works harmoniously across channels.
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep content fresh, innovative, and relevant.
How we work
All of us are makers, none of us are managers. Therefore we work on the maker schedule.
We have 2 set meetings a week, 1 on monday, 1 on thursday.
We value flow, deep work, and individual impact. You won’t get a barrage of messages or notifications during the middle of the day.
Everything is based on value, not time. You know how to manage this best, so we let you manage it yourself.
We do have extra meetups, collobarative sessions, and lots of time in figma, are.na, throughout the week.
Ultimately, we believe the best way to become great at something, is to practice it over and over again in different contexts.
